We've been trying to set up HTTPS for our custom tracking domain since the default one (without HTTPS) frequently caused insecure warning when clicking on an url inside the email.
We've tried the following steps:
- Generated an SSL certificate for "links.YOUR_DOMAIN.com" (we used a free version from ZeroSSL for testing)
- Setting on Cloudfront
- - Import our SSL to Cloudfront in Certificates Manager
- - Set up CloudFront distributions
-- Set up DNS record
- Setting on Iterable
However, when we sent the test email after these steps, even though the tracking link already changed to HTTPS, we got another error of missing parameter "_t" (but as I checked this parameter was still present)
Anyone has a clue on how to fix this? Thanks a lot.
