Looking for a solution on how to report out Total Unsubscribes and Total New Subscriptions. Who signed up, and who opted out. Raw numbers- not %. and not just on batch campaigns, totals for a time period, so customizable date rage.

Any great solves?

Hi Stephanie,

For a count of new users (total new subscriptions), you can do this in segmentation! Select Contact Property, then Created Date, then "Is on or after" and select your time frame, such as an actual date or "now-30d" for contacts created in the last 30 days.

For unsubscribes, there are several possible ways to query depending on how your project is setup, please email support@iterable.com so a support agent can look into your specific project to advise further.

Best,

Will

One way to approach this (which is what I do currently) is by setting up segmentation lists.

In order to make my reporting easy I’ve recorded the list IDs and via a Gsheet and I have setup a time based trigger on a small Google apps script that leverages the Iterable API to record the updated count on each list monthly.

The Gsheet is setup with a pivot table to show me a graph of the last 12 months, but it can be setup to do daily if you prefer, it is very customizable albeit requiring a bit of scripting.

Hope this helps!
