Hi Iterable,

I am currently not a big fan of this new workflow studio that you have. I wish to use the old version and here is why:

  • - you can't change from your purple filters (A/B splits to filters)

  • - you are not able to change your delays to lists, to emails, push and in-app (see message)

  • - you can't really have the sense of security of the nodes 'connecting' , they just point right now

  • - it is very kid like / the old design is better

I think a forceful product hinders user satisfaction. We have over 1 M sends a week and this new studio dampens productivity (i.e deleting nodes each time instead of the switches mentioned above).

Please let me know if you have plans to toggle between the legacy one and this new one (that has its bugs) after the cliff date.

Hello Saurav Acharya !

While we rolled out the new Studio UI as the default UI, when you click into a workflow you should see a toggle in the top right that allows you to switch back to the classic UI:

Saurav Acharya - Thanks so much for your feedback, and sorry that you’re frustrated with the current experience. We optimized for speed and ease, so we’re hoping that as you get used to the new Studio you’ll find it much faster to build and edit. Unfortunately, after April 27 you will not be able to toggle back to classic. We hope that you’ll use the Feedback button in the new Studio to let us know about any issues/bugs that you’re seeing so that we can quickly take care of them.

Thanks for your responses. Have left some feedback within Iterable.

I was wondering is it on the roadmap to toggle between Workflow Studio and the Classic view after April 27th? Right now I always switch back to classic to avoid business risk.

Thanks Saurav Acharya - keep the feedback coming. The toggle to classic will be removed on April 27. It will take some getting used to, so hopefully you can use the next few weeks to get accustomed to the new Studio.
