Very often Iterable is providing amazing Group Sessions that include losts of best practices, tips and tricks, and more about utilizing the platform to use cases most commonly with Retail. It would be nice if there were some sessions that could tailor the message to other industries instead of figuring out how to take the examples given for sales and apply the concept to our unique industries.

We're in financial services and so the "product" is technically financial lending. It's sometimes hard to take "use discounts to reward loyal customers" and transform that to "use X to reward loyal customers" when the qualifications on financial product determines what a discount can be.

Just want all types of marketers to get assistance with our use cases that aren't "Sales" based.

Hi Janelle Brackett Yes, this is something that is definitely top of mind for us and we hear this feedback often! We are going to be expanding our User Group program to be regionally in-person (more details coming soon!), as well as expanding the virtual program to include industry-focused user groups.
