When trying to send targeted emails based on location, we were finding a lot of members are not actually receiving the message targeted to their specific location. The location-segmenting is by state too, so not super granular. To test this further, I tried using my personal email and it came back with a completely wrong birthday in the user profile info and that I lived somewhere else. I know Iterable uses outside data to build user profiles, but is there a way to fix this? Has anyone else had this problem?
