Starting late yesterday or early this morning, we are seeing images in emails that we haven't edited in weeks/months randomly go missing. The link targets are still there, but in an email client it simply shows a broken image icon. In the editor in Iterable, we see content blocks for the missing images, as though we never uploaded an image at all. When we check the master image library, we still see the missing/broken images there, and they look fine. Did something happen on Iterable's end that would have caused seemingly random image loss from emails/templates? This isn't a minor problem - it's nearly every email in our account.

Please create a ticket with our team by emailing support@iterable.com so we can take a deeper look into this issue for you. If you could provide a link to a template or campaign where you see this issue in your ticket, that would be helpful for our team to begin looking into this for you.
