Hi, I work for a start up and we are in the process of scaling up our subscriber list and sends. I noticed in our last campaign many of our Outlook emails landed in the subscriber's "Other" folder. Is there anything we can do to help land the email directly in the "Focused" inbox?

I appreciate we are still small and this could be the main reason but wanted to check in with our community to see if there are any tips and tricks you can share?

Unfortunately, the folder that your emails land in is 100% controlled by the email provider. Here are a few articles that might be helpful!

Sorry that these references are based on Gmail, however Outlook and Gmail will handle this in the same way. One guaranteed way to have your emails land in the proper folder, is ask your users to push your emails there.
