Is it possible to use custom CSS using the Drag and Drop template editor? My goal is to have more email functionality while at the same time making building these emails relatively easy for anyone within our org.

An alternative could be to use the WYSIWYG template editor to add custom CSS, but if I went down this path would it be possible to have a placeholder snippet/table to be able to easily drag and drop custom HTML blocks?

Hi George! While it is possible to use custom CSS in the Drag and Drop template editor, it's not the easiest because you can only do it within an HTML block.

In the following note: https://support.iterable.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002425483-Template-Editors-#:~:text=custom%20HTML%20or%20CSS, we do recommend using the WYSIWYG or Side-by-Side editor if you have a lot of custom CSS.

However, we do see customers using Snippets to contain commonly used custom CSS, and set up internal best practice to use the Snippet in all templates. You could use these Snippets within a Drag and Drop template, but you will need to test to make sure the result looks good, as Snippets are created in the WYSIWYG editor.

Hope this helps!
