Does anyone have advice on configuring an automation that will only send SMS/email responses during certain OOO times (i.e. 8p-8a, wknds and holidays)?

Hello Laura, are you talking about sending a response within a workflow? If so what is the triggering event for the workflow? Thanks!
Hi Brian, talking about creating a new workflow. The triggering event would be a specific 'end user' tag being added to a ticket, due to a client writing while we're OOO, the tag getting added is already an automated internal function. The trick is, we'd only want this rule to be active during certain times (i.e. 8p-8a, wknds and holidays). Thanks @"Brian Schlesinger" !

So we have a workflow trigger that is "user field updated". So if this tag is something that you are updating on the user's profile then what you could do is use that trigger to send new users down the workflow.
