Is anyone using JWT tokens and also sending push notifications? Are you experiencing any issues with this, specifically around the timeout of JWT tokens?

Hi Nicole,

To clarify, is your team having issues from JWT token expirations or is this a potential issue that you are researching? If this is something your team is currently struggling with sending push notifications, please open a support ticket and share any details you have regarding your setup and we can investigate further from there.

Thanks,

Adam

We tried using JWT tokens but couldn't get them to work.

Hey Lauren,

We do have customers who are able to send push notifications using JWT-enabled API keys. If you use our native SDK's, here is some documentation you can review about this configuration:

https://support.iterable.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050801231-JWT-Enabled-API-Keys#using-iterable-s-mobile-sdks-with-jwt-enabled-api-keys

I would definitely recommend that you reach out to our support team and provide any error messages you're receiving when trying to send push notifications with JWT-enabled, as well as which platforms you have this issue with (Android, iOS or both), the SDK version(s) used (if applicable), as well as debug session logs from your mobile developers. This will be the best way for our team to assist you!

All the best,
Ellen
