The following is an update to the previously-announced scheduled maintenance starting on Thursday, April 14, 2022. We will be performing maintenance on our backend infrastructure that may result in downtime for some portion or all of each cluster’s two-hour maintenance windows.
For a portion of the maintenance window, user update and event ingestion will be paused, as well as Journey (formerly Workflow) and messaging processing. Once maintenance is completed, ingestion, Journey, and messaging processing will resume for all backlogged items.
Important: There may be brief periods of 5xx errors for some API endpoints during your maintenance window. These should be retried if encountered.
Please note, if you have purchased Catalog, there will be an additional two-hour maintenance window and potential downtime on Monday, April 18, 2022, from 6:10-8:10 am PDT. During this maintenance, Catalog ingestion will be paused. Campaigns scheduled during this time may be impacted.
How do I find the downtime of my particular cluster?
- To verify which cluster you belong to, click the gear icon in the Iterable app, select “Project Settings” and look for “Cluster ID” in the top left.

We recommend that you schedule important campaigns and journeys outside of your maintenance window if possible.
