Iterable’s holiday review challenge is back ✨

We’re kicking off the season with our 2nd Annual 100 G2 Customer Reviews Challenge! Last year, we came close with 77 fantastic reviews on G2. This year, we’re aiming for the big 100—and we’d love your help to reach it! It’s a perfect chance to share what you love about Iterable and help fellow marketers make informed decisions.

It’s easy! Share a detailed and honest review of your experience with Iterable. Whether you highlight specific features, the support you’ve received, or how Iterable has transformed your marketing, we want to hear it all. The platform itself is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for new team members to get up to speed quickly. Additionally, the Iterable Academy is a standout resource. Its world-class training materials and tutorials have been instrumental in empowering our team to independently create impactful campaigns.

If I had to pinpoint one area for improvement, it would be the platform's documentation. While the combination of the Academy and online chat support has addressed most of our needs, clearer and more detailed documentation would further enhance the overall experience.

That said, we’ve been extremely satisfied with Iterable and the value it has brought to our CRM program. It’s a platform and partnership we’d wholeheartedly recommend to any organization looking to elevate their customer engagement strategy.
