Happy Activate Virtual Day!

Hey Iterable Community!

Today's the day, Activate Virtual! We've been working really hard on delivering a day filled with thought leadership content, networking opportunities and of course, chances to win prizes!

If you are a returning member of the Iterable Community, great to see you back! If you are a new community member, welcome to the crew, we're so glad to have you. We love to share here in the community - tips and tricks, best practices and little anecdotes about ourselves. So in celebration of Activate Virtual, I want to hear from you:

How do you bring joy to your customers?

For TODAY ONLY! Answer the above question in the comments, and get yourself an Iterable t-shirt!

I'll start:

I love to create opportunities for our customers to network and learn from each other, through user groups, celebration events, and of course here in the community! It truly brings me joy to see customers learning and sharing with each other.

Your turn!

I love making necessary but complex topics easy and digestible for our customers to make them feel confident in their purchasing decisions!

Love that! Simplifying things definitely brings joy to people. Thank you for sharing Kayla Daniels!

I am a customer advocate at my company and try to bring moments of joy by limiting the moments of non-joy by always asking "why would the customer care" before we create an email/communications to them. If we don't have a good answer, we don't send that message

I like being able to reduce the number of steps it takes for a customer to do something to make it as easy as possible to engage with our product.

Elaine Go That is such great advice! I like the idea of thinking of it as the opposite of joy.

Gabi Goyette Very similar to Kayla Daniels advice as well. Sounds like simplification is a big part of bringing joy to our customers.

Thanks all for sharing and I hope you enjoyed Activate Virtual yesterday!
