I would like seeing what other companies entire email programs look like. It would be insightful to have some volunteers walk us through their workflows, campaigns, lists, etc. As a new user within the past 2 months, getting some broader overviews would be more useful than very targeted, specific items.
Ooh, I love the AMAs and will have to check those out.
As for my wish list, I would love to hear how others are using your features. Real-world examples that can inspire and help solve for common struggles.
It might be really cool to set up really small virtual meet-ups where Iterable might help moderate/coordinate but it's really about bringing together folks with a lot in common (like same industry, role , or focusing on solving for the same opportunity, etc).
I've been in a council before that brought together about 10 people with a similar role to me (marketing leadership) to share, support and ideate. It was amazing and I would love to see if Iterable could package something like this up.
I think a monthly lunch and learn about how to do something complicated in the platform, or how to leverage multiple channels in one series.
Also it would be cool, to have a different client each month walk people through their strategy and workflows. It could be both an opportunity for them to teach other users something AND get feedback and ideas for improving their campaigns.
As a fan of games, it may be fun/insightful to do some sort of quarterly project or challenge? I learn best by doing (and making mistakes), this may be a fun way to find solutions or new ideas to do on the Iterable platform.
I think a quarterly/monthly round table to pick other peoples brain would be amazing. If each one had a dedicated client from a company that we can learn from and everyone can join based on who they want to hear from.
I just read the comments and realized I James already mentioned something similar! Great minds think alike 😀
+1 and upvoted James' idea around a regular lunch and learn about more complex campaigns/workflows in iterable or some best practices specific to how people are working and using iterable. I love seeing people's campaigns and am most interested in seeing how they're using and benefiting from all the personalization that iterable can offer.
Thanks @Elaine Go @Sonam Patel @Embrey Hernandez @James Jordan @Cora Martin @Ryan Glanzer for your feedback here. I definitely hear you on creating more opportunities for customers to hear how others are using Iterable with real examples. We hear that a lot and we will work to deliver more of this in 2021.
