Here are my results! Our goal for personalization is to make our mass emails feel more like 1:1 emails. We also hope to start sending unique discount codes to our customers to help trigger purchases if they haven't purchased in XX amount of days- similar to a "we miss you" email.

My goal for the coming year is to further coordinate lifecycle messaging and include more cross product engagement through personalized messaging/triggers.

Our automated/lifecycle emails are highly personalized and rely on keeping an updated catalog for over 400 brands, but our goal is to start personalizing our blast messaging much moreβ€”as is, that is more or less static.
A lot of our automated and lifecycle emails leverage topics consumers have engaged with, their name, their location. Hopefully in 2021 we'll leverage these things in all of our blast campaigns, which we're just starting to do.

Side Note: I promise Ryan, James and I - although we're on the same team, took this at completely different times without chatting about it, and all came back with the same results. Go team! *also, what they said*
+1 for team alignment!

We are looking to create more Individualized Customer Experiences in 2021
