Fun one! I am sure there's some pretty seasoned Iterable users out there with some great designs. I am fairly new to Iterable but happy with the progress I've made. :)

I'm also getting an error message on the form :( You may need to talk to Google Workplace Admin to allow non-iterable domains to access the form! This is the error message i'm getting: "Tell us about your favorite campaign of 2020 You can't respond to Tell us about your favorite campaign of 2020. Uploading files is not permitted when data loss prevention is enabled for your domain. Contact your domain administrator if you think this is a mistake."
