Which roundtable discussion would you be most excited to join?
I'd be most excited to join the Business Tech Council roundtable. As we've recently acquired a B2B business in the mortgage industry, and I primarily have B2C experience, I'm eager to learn from seasoned B2B professionals about implementing a successful lifecycle program.
What’s one challenge or opportunity you’d love to talk about and why?
One opportunity is increasing mortgage application volume from our broker partners through a new B2B lifecycle program. However, a key challenge is accurately measuring and attributing this increase to the lifecycle program's specific campaigns. I'd love to discuss how to effectively track and demonstrate the program's impact, ensuring we can confidently attribute success and build long-term partner relationships.
I would say the Business Tech Council and Martech Roundtable are both very interesting and applicable to what we do at Stanley Black & Decker, as a B2B company gathering end-user data to create demand on behalf of its retailers and distributors.
It’s hard to pick just one, but I’d be most excited for the AI Deep Dive, Consumer Apps, Business Tech, or Media & Entertainment Roundtable.
I work for the first and largest AI-powered career marketplace for healthcare professionals, so I’d love to hear how others are leveraging AI to support consumers as well as tactics around consumer insights or contract-driven deals.
Real-world examples and best practices on engagement, automation, and long-term value within Iterable would be incredibly helpful to spark ideas on how we could improve our current journeys and campaigns.
Which roundtable discussion would you be most excited to join?
Hard to just choose one! The top choice would be Media & Entertainment Roundtable. While our organization is diving into several aspects of these roundtable topics, a new priority to adapt onto multichannel, multimedia entertainment is emerging to engage customers in a new way increasing exposure time to brand and differing us from competitors. Imbedding livestreams, videos, GIFs and understanding how to proprerly target audiences, and learn it’s use cases would be something I’d be very excited to discuss and learn about!
What’s one challenge or opportunity you’d love to talk about and why?
One challenge or otpic I’d love to talk about is understanding how to utilize reporting and data to drive decisions with media and AI. Our team constantly is recording data, being able to easily extract it, interpret it and refuel AI to make informed decisions I’d be interested in learning how others digest their reports and retarget campaigns + audiences.
Which roundtable discussion would you be most excited to join?
The Martech Roundtable excites me the most. The options, to your point, are overwhelming and after going through the time and energy to implement complimenting systems, it’s hard to know if you’re fulling utilizing them to their greatest capacity. The technology is changing so fast and then you add it ever changing government regulations and it would be great to network with others on how they’re making decisions and the successes/failures they’ve run into.
What’s one challenge or opportunity you’d love to talk about and why?
My current company uses a suite of marketing tools to support very different products in very different industries. I’d love to hear from other who are using one set of tools to support multiple business offerings and how they differentiate their strategies.
So tough! There are several that catch my eye, as well.
The AI Deep Dive is highly relevant to my team and me as we explore implementing AI into our customer strategies. While we aren't a B2B company, we focus heavily on driving product adoption and user engagement for business growth, making the Business Tech Council particularly interesting.
The challenges that I would love to discuss, and learn more from others, has to do with cross app strategy to drive onboarding and activation, leading to product adoption and strong users. There are several round tables where I think this topic can/will come up, and it would be great learn more about how others are tackling the challenge of really ‘showing’ users value and building habits that lead to power usage.
I’d be most excited to join the MarTech Roundtable because choosing the right tools and making them work together is a big challenge in marketing today.
One challenge I’d like to start a discussion on is how to create a seamless flow of data between platforms. My company is working on integrating AI-driven messaging with Salesforce to build better customer profiles and improve personalization. I’d love to hear how others are connecting their tech stacks to improve automation and customer engagement.
Which roundtable discussion would you be most excited to join?
There are a few that sounds really appealing, but I think I would most like to attend the MarTech Roundtable. The space is constantly evolving and it’s nearly impossible to keep up with all of the options for various tools. I feel that there’s a fine line between having a full stack and having a too full stack, so I would love to hear which tools others are really excited about and how they’re leveraging it.
What’s one challenge or opportunity you’d love to talk about and why?
Working in a highly regulated industry like healthcare can be limiting in terms of marketing, but tools have come a long way in helping protect users’ privacy while still allowing for CX improvements. It would be interesting to hear how others in the space are managing it and if they’ve unlocked some efficiencies that I’m unaware of currently. It would be awesome to learn about a new tool that would streamline a process for my team that I could take back to work to present.
I would like most to attend MarTech or AI Deep Dive. MarTech is always changing and getting better and better. I would like to learn what tools can be beneficial to others in the marketing world. AI capabilities are also getting better and better and it would be good to learn about some AI capabilities that are in some common MarTech.
I would love to talk about how AI is changing the way some people work, specifically in the Marketing Operations world. AI is only getting better and I have started to use it more and more.
I’d like to join the AI Deep Dive roundtable. AI is changing the marketing landscape, and has the ability to improve the way we identify and communicate with our customers, as well as how effectively and productively we work. I’d love to explore how others are incorporating AI into their ways of working, and hear about inspiring ways marketers are using AI to boost customer relationships
